After 10 years of waiting we were finally shopping for my engagement ring and a friend of ours recommended Fenella. Having seen the items Fenella had made for our friend we were in no doubt that Fenella would make my ring. Fenella was very patient throughout the process and took the time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. She shared in my excitement and made the whole experience thoroughly delightful. I found the design I wanted after spending some time shopping in Hatton Gardens and Fenella was able to make it for me at a faction of the price. We are both very grateful to Fenella as if it wasn’t for her excellent craftsmanship and competitive price I wouldn’t have the ring of my dreams. Fenella was also kind enough to hand deliver the ring to me and even today I can’t stop looking at it sparkling.
