Customisation options
As with all of our designs we can use your old gold/platinum jewellery to make your new design even more personal. Have you been left jewellery and don't wear it? Have you sentimental jewellery you have been gifted from a loved one? We can re craft it into any new design you like to make your piece extra special and truly unique, this also can significantly help with your budget.
Delivery Information
- Place your order securely via our website.
- If needed, we will send you a ring sizer and an email to which you will need to reply with the size you need after using the ring sizer.
- Our dedicated team will begin hand crafting your piece of jewellery. Please see the ‘How its made?’ page for further details.
- Final inspection and Quality Control will be done in person by Fenella Baskerville.
- Your item is despatched (normally 4-5 weeks after order confirmation) using a fully trackable and fully insured delivery service in discrete packaging.
- You then leave us a fantastic review in exchange for a discount code on your next purchase. :)
Returns
We are confident you will love your jewellery, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 30 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes).
